I am specifically responsible for securing and placing the short and long-term financing requirements of the firm.

Personal Statement
I was a Partner in a private Investment Banking firm that specialized in capitalizing private middle market companies requiring $1.0 million to $500 million dollars for strategic growth. Responsibilities included client solicitation, preparation of client specific funding memorandums, solicitation of capital sources and negotiation of capital facilities. Established corporate program to provide investment-banking services to firms with capital needs under $2.0 million. The firm rose over $1.0 billion in private debt and/or equity funds for its clients.

Susan Pollio is the former Marketing Coordinator for Chalet Susse International, Inc. As coordinator, she oversaw marketing, advertising and graphic design for Susse Chalet and Grand Chalet hotels.

For Roedel Companies, Susan oversees the marketing, design and purchasing. She is the leader of the marketing team and member of the business planning, management, first class condition and two design and construction teams.

Susan is a graduate of Kimball Union Academy and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH.

Brian Dooley, President, Granite Lodging Group, LLC

Brian Dooley is the former Operating Vice-President of Chalet Susse International, Inc. with over 20 years' experience with nationally branded hotel chains. At Chalet, Brian oversaw the operations of 20 Susse Chalet and Grand Chalet hotels in addition to the Chalet Navy Bachelor Officer Quarters in Newport, RI and Groton CT.

Today, Brian is the Manager and Member of Granite Lodging Group, LLC, a hospitality management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, which manages government lodging facilities.

Brian is a graduate of Bentley College of Business in Waltham, MA.
