Hospitality Design & Procurement
RSJ Associates is our design and procurement division specializing in the hospitality industry. We work on the owners' behalf to ensure the entire purchasing process is completed on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds quality standards. We coordinate 100% of the procurement process starting with the initial project planning phase and continuing through installation.
Our Services Include:
- Design: We coordinate brand specifications and architectural drawings to develop custom interior design specifications. We work within your budget to develop a superior product in your specific marketplace and turn "typical" hotels into something special!
- Sourcing and Bidding: We seek out and recommend only the most qualified manufacturers for your project. Every item is bid to a minimum of three suppliers. Our selection process includes pricing, quality and consistency. We care about the design and durability of your final product.
- Cost Savings: We pass along the best industry contract pricing to our clients!
- Purchasing: Our purchasing system ensures timely deliveries to your hotel site. We've got you covered every step of the way, from purchase order preparation, order expediting and receipt of goods, to actual versus budgeted reporting.
- Delivery: We manage the logistics of your project and help coordinate your construction schedule with your opening date. We aim to minimize your freight costs through the management of FOB locations and by the utilization of freight consolidation.
- Installation: Our experienced team of installers works diligently to receive, inspect and install items according to the manufacturers' specifications, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the project.
