ROK Builders is currently renovating a Hilton Garden Inn in Fishkill, New York. This property is owned by Roedel Companies, the parent company of ROK Builders, LLC. ROK Builders is acting as the Construction Manager coordinating all scopes of work, bidding, contracting, project supervision and the delivery and installation of all FF&E items. ROK Builders is also working closely with RGH Hospitality, the hotel management company in the purchasing of the FF&E for this project. RGH Hospitality is also a subsidiary of Roedel Companies, which operates all of the Roedel Companies properties as well as for third party owners.
The Hilton Garden Inn scope of work consists of 111 guestrooms and baths, corridors and public areas. This schedule allows one floor at a time under renovation, allowing the hotel operations to keep providing the highest level of service possible during construction. ROK’s communication with RGH Hospitality includes a daily meeting between the hotel’s general manager and the construction site supervisor discussing issues or concerns by both parties and providing daily construction updates. ROK’s site supervisor provides weekly updated schedules, and verbal progress reports so that the general manager can adjust their occupancy on a timely basis.
