Roedel Partners Plans Hotel and Restaurant Development in Fishkill, NY

Wilton, NH – March 6, 2001: Roedel Partners, LLC announced plans for a 111-unit Hilton Garden Inn and 5,400 square foot, 240 seat Ruby Tuesdays restaurant in Fishkill, NY. The project is located within Westage Business Center, a mixed-use development featuring retail, restaurant, hotel and office uses. The site is conveniently located off of Route 9 at Exit 13 of Interstate 84.

The hotel and restaurant are planned on a 6.5-acre parcel of land adjacent to Interstate 84 on Westage Drive. Following sub-division and site plan approval, Roedel Partners, LLC plans to develop and own the Hilton Garden Inn under a signed license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc. while Ruby Tuesdays Inc. will develop, own and operate the Ruby Tuesdays restaurant.

The four-story Hilton Garden Inn of Fishkill incorporates the brands signature designs including: a glass walled Pavilion building and reception desk; a 24-hour Pantry featuring refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable items; a dining area offering freshly prepared breakfast; a coffee bar and lounge area with a television and fireplace; a 600 square foot, board room style meeting room; 24 hour, complimentary business center; and on-site guest laundry facility. Furthermore, recreational facilities include an attached glass walled building housing an indoor pool, exercise room and hot tub.

The guestrooms are designed for business and leisure travelers. Each room includes a hospitality center with a microwave oven, coffee maker and mini refrigerator, an easy chair and ottoman, and iron and ironing board. In addition, the rooms include an oversized work desk with a pull our shelf for a portable computer and two telephones equipped with two lines, data ports and voicemail.

“In the past few years you have heard me say, ‘location, location, location’ several times. Well let me say it one more time. Fishkill is the location to live, to work, and to thrive in,” said Joan A. Pagones, Town of Fishkill Supervisor. “We are very pleased that Hilton has selected Fishkill as its site.

Nearby corporations include the northeast distribution headquarters of the Gap and the regional headquarters for IBM. Stewart Airport, located Newburgh, NY, is eight miles to the west. The hotel is 25 miles west of Danbury, 60 miles north of New York City and 15 miles south of Poughkeepsie. The Hilton Garden Inn is scheduled to open in late April or early May 2002 while Ruby Tuesdays forecasts a late March 2002 opening.
