Roedel Partners, LLC Starts Construction of Hilton Garden Inn in Fishkill, NY

Wilton, NH – September 19, 2001
Roedel Partners, LLC, a real estate development company formed as the successor organization of Chalet Susse International, the previous owner of Susse Chalet and Grand Chalet hotels headquartered in Wilton, NH, recently started construction of a hotel and restaurant development in Fishkill, NY. The plans feature a 111-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel and a 5,600 square foot Ruby Tuesdays restaurant.

Roedel Partners, LLC is building and operating the Hilton Garden Inn under a franchise agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc. BMA Architectural Group of Amherst, NH, is the architect and Sells/Greene Building Company, LLC of Wrentham, MA, is the General Contractor. The groundbreaking took place on August 27 and the hotel expects to open on May 1, 2002. This is the first Hilton Garden Inn franchise for Roedel Partners, LLC, and there are presently over 100 Hilton Garden Inns operating throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Ruby Tuesdays, Inc. will develop and operate the 240-seat Ruby Tuesdays restaurant. They plan to begin construction on October 1, 2001 and open in late March 2002.

Roedel Partners, LLC is currently working on additional projects throughout the Northeast. The organization plans to develop hotels in Auburn, MA, East Windsor, NJ and South Brunswick, NJ. The company will construct, own and operate these properties under franchise agreements with national hotel companies.

In addition to hotel projects, the company is pursuing additional mixed-use, commercial development opportunities on land it owns or leases in Niantic, CT, Wallingford, CT, Leominster, MA, Middleboro, MA and Milford, NH.
