Roedel Partners, LLC Hires Director of Construction

Wilton, NH –July 21, 2003
Roedel Partners, LLC, a real estate investment company engaged in the business of financing, constructing and operating real estate properties with an emphasis on hospitality, recently hired Robert Kukish as Director of Construction. Kukish will coordinate the construction of all properties starting with a 113-room Holiday Inn and Suites in Auburn, MA, which broke ground in June. The hotel is located at the junction of I-290 and the Massachusetts Turnpike five miles south of Worcester, MA. The hotel opens in March of 2004.

Prior to joining Roedel Partners, Kukish worked as Supervisor and Project Manager for Johnson Controls, Inc., Director of Purchasing for Architectural Interior Products, Inc. and for Chalet Susse International as Facilities and Renovation Manager for 30 corporately owned hotels. Kukish brings over 20 years experience in the real estate and construction business to the company. He graduated from Daniel Webster College with a B.S. in Organizational Management and lives in Peterborough, NH.

Roedel Partners owns and operates a 111-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Fishkill, NY and plans additional projects throughout the Northeast. In addition to Auburn, the company is building a 125-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Manchester, NH adjacent to the proposed professional baseball stadium and a mixed-use, riverfront redevelopment. The company plans to begin construction in May 2004 and open in March of 2005. The company constructs, owns and operates hotels under franchise agreements with national hotel companies.
