Government Lodging

In 1992 the Unites States Navy selected Chalet Susse International to develop and manage Bachelor Officer Quarters on two Naval Bases under the first public/private venture between the US Military and private developers. Both facilities are 150-room transient lodging facilities serving military personnel on orders to either base. Roedel Companies and Granite Lodging Group, on behalf of Chalet Susse, assumed the management contract after the hotel chain was sold in 2000.
