Government and Institutional Management

Granite Lodging Group was created with one goal – to provide a complete hospitality solution for government owned and managed hospitality facilities. It’s a demanding marketplace – travelers with unique needs, stringent acquisition requirements and complex sets of regulations.

Granite Lodging Group is an experienced operator of federal government facilities. We also provide hospitality management services to consultants, investors and the government. The members of our management team offer more than 40 years of experience in the government lodging markets. We are trained and certified managers through Hilton Hotels Corporation and Intercontinental Hotel Group.

We manage two 150-room Chalet Navy hotel facilities for the United States Navy at the New London Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT and the Newport Navy Base in Newport, RI.
