About Roedel Companies:
Roedel Companies, LLC is an integrated hotel investment, construction and management company. Roedel Companies constructs, owns and operates nationally branded hotels, primarily in the limited-service, midservice, upscale and extended-stay segments. Roedel Companies’ properties are located primarily in the Eastern United States.
In addition to owning and operating hotels, Roedel Companies also offers hotel investors its “Total Hospitality Solution” by providing hotel development, construction, pre-opening, FF&E purchasing and installation and management services through its subsidiary companies ROK Builders, LLC and Hospitality Solutions, LLC.
Roedel Companies “Total Hospitality Solutions” generates free cash flow (EBITDA) for hotel owners by designing, building and maintaining premium, nationally branded hotels, providing world class guest service, maximizing revenue and controlling operating costs.
Roedel Companies was formed in 2000 as the successor to Chalet Susse International Inc., which developed, constructed, owned, operated and franchised a chain of Susse Chalet and Grand Chalet hotels throughout the Eastern United States from 1968 to 2000. Chalet Susse was one of the largest privately owned limited-service hotel chains in the industry with over 45 hotels from the Eastern and Midwestern United States.

A majority owned subsidiary of Roedel Companies, Hospitality Solutions is a hotel management company which operates limited-service, mid-service, upscale and extended-stay hotels in the Eastern United States. Hospitality Solutions’ senior management has over 25-years experience operating national and regional hotel brands for full-service hotel companies, franchise owners, investors and financial institutions. Hospitality Solutions currently operates Hilton Garden Inns, Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites. In addition, Hospitality Solutions’ manages food and beverage facilities at the Hilton Garden Inn Manchester, NH on behalf of Roedel Companies.

ROK Builders, LLC
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Roedel Companies, ROK Builders is a hotel construction management company specializing in new hotel design, construction and renovations, primarily in the limited-service, mid-service, upscale and extended-stay market segments in the Eastern United States.
With over 40-years of combined experience designing, building and renovating hotels, ROK’s senior management has built over 65 hotels from the ground up and completed over 300 renovations. Since 2004, ROK Builders has completed hotel construction and renovation work for national hotel brands including Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, La Quinta Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn by Marriott.
