The company achieves results through selling the “Total Hospitality Solution” which encompasses the investment, consultation, and value added design/construction and hotel management services.

- Targeted acquisitions of existing hotels and new project developments of hotels carrying the strongest national brand names that produce superior cash flow for our own account and for our third party owners
- Renovation and construction of existing and new projects for our own account and for third party owners
- Securing management contracts for our own account and for third party owners.
